I don't even live in the Philadelphia region but this property is very well known on the east coast. The church (yes, I have a huge problem with churches owning property) will not let it go so it sits and every year that it has no maintenance it will continue to disintegrate. In the end it will probably be demolished. There should be a law against churches owning property only to let them fall into disrepair. And of course churches don't pay taxes.

I would love to see that too. Unfortunately, it would take MILLIONS to get this back to its original state or even close. My husband and i have flipped a lot of houses and even the ones between 5,000-10,000 cost a LOT and because of the size require the right buyer. Its hard to find one once you get to those sizes since they can usually afford to do it themselves if they can afford that size but it would be an amazing restoration to see.

I think the Property Brothers could do it in 5-6 weeks and a minimal budget😂
