Bigbore stroker 277 part 8 - Spacer fabrication

In this episode I fabricate a new spacer. Getting close now!
Sorry about the hard to hear speech in some parts, I was in too much of a hurry to get it uploaded and skipped quality control this time. Won't happen again :) Maybe I should get a microphone for the talking bits, having to change the volume depending on which way I have my head turned is starting to get old.

We use that plate to make ignition base plates.

2STROKE STUFFING Don't do it! ;) I remember the first time I tested knife edge vs rounded in my "flow bench" (hold it under the tap), I was amazed! Haven't had any knife edges anywhere since then :) I gained about 60 subs Wednesday after your recommendation so that's pretty huge for my little channel :) Biggest jump in almost 10 years! Thanks again 👍👍

@@Hollaendaren Knife edging cast iron is un-imaginable. What did you see Hollaendaren ? with you "flow bench" ??? BTW don't tell an Australian / New Zealander "don't do it". Because they're have to then do it !.

15taggarn Tackar! Men eftersom du uppenbarligen vet vem jag är så borde ju jag veta vem du är också ;) Har försökt lista ur det nu i 5 minuter men kommer ingenstans, alltid är det nåt som inte stämmer. Så få höra vem är det som heter 15taggarn? :)

Hey there, I have a 244 out of a polaris colt, and I am wondering if it is a good engine to do racing, planing to put it into an 1971 elan. Thanks and keep up the good work! Really exited to see the 277cc run x)

marc robichaud I have no experience with them myself but if it's the same engine as in the Gemini 250 then I'd say it's got a lot of potential! A friend has a Gemini that he runs on methanol and it's a fast sled! Can't find any recent videos of it but here's an older one: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/o7R6fMp609_Hdo0.html

I love 2t tech and devolopment. That 20mm alu plate u use for base gasket. What is the price for a plate. Its very expensive in Suriname where i live.

I think it was 120 wide and 20 thick, it costs about 80 USD per meter here.

Thank you! Much appreciated :) It's quite fun making them too so I'm going to continue doing so. Can't promise they're going to keep coming in this pace forever, but so far I find that it actually helps my productivity too, less time wasted in the garage because if I just sit around and do nothing there's nothing to show.

+jnuxca Sorry about that, I guess I was in too much of a hurry, I wanted to get it edited and uploading before dinner (uploading takes well over an hour). I'll keep it in mind for the next one, thanks for the feedback 👍 Lol, it was a lot harder than it looks because my preview wasn't mirrored so I kept going the wrong way with my hand 😂

We're hopefully getting fiber later this year, then it won't be as much of an ordeal any more :) But for now I'm stuck with 2 Mbit/s upload..

gislemark79 Verkar som att jag har haft lite för bråttom med att ladda upp, hann inte med nån quality control.. Jag kan inte kolla just nu hur illa det är men får ladda upp en ny version med bättre ljud :)

Kanske skiter i det då, var kanske inte sådär super viktig information iaf ;) Känns som att det är som värst när man tittar bort från kameran, kanske måste skaffa en liten mikrofon så jag slipper justera volymen åt alla håll. Jag ska kika!
