Lyre's alcohol-free spirits offer a true alternative to spirits and Matt puts four of them through their paces! With their take on vermouth, gin, bourbon and rum Matt makes versions of the classic Gin Martini, a Dark & Stormy, a Whisky Sour and an Espresso Martini... plus a cheeky little Tiramisu!

I am a martini girl, when I do invibe. I have the dry aperitif, and gin. The Lyre’s Gin Martini is a no go for me… it does transform as a sour thought. I added 1oz gin, 1oz aperitif, .5oz lemon juice, .5oz simple, bitters and egg whites. AND OMG!!! That hit the spot.

Not much of a drinker either so I'm really pleased with the rise of non-alcoholic 'spirits'. I do just find them a touch expensive...

I think £23.50 isn't bad myself. The amount of crafting to get something like this right is probably fairly extensive. I imagine, over time, they should become more affordable! But if we get to collab in person then maybe I can bring some along and you can try for yourself! 😄
