In my opinion you inspire a lot of people with this program which is really good. Like, in the beginning your talking about stuff and your honest about everything and after you train and get food etc. You can still do this program without using gear and just use normal stuff like supplements and just eat the same amount as he does in the program and even more if you can, and you'll still get results and maybe it'll be enough for you. You'll get to a point where you can't get bigger and then you have the choice to just use gear if you want to get bigger, but that's all up to you and I wont judge if you do. It's all about what YOU wanna do with your life and don't care about what other people thinks. Whatever it takes to make you happy.

I only go to the gym to keep my body toned , nevertheless I watch Rich's episodes with great interest , especially the food runs are prob the most interesting part - seeing them interact and talk about things from everyday life is pretty entertaining as their conversations come out quite funny too ! Rich is so right that people need to think ,to question and analyze more and not just quickly believe what they were told on TV. The media is the most powerful tool to manipulate people , and for some reason people always forget that.
