Things we've learned thus far: 1a) Only drive with your hands if it's necessary. 1b) Always, and I mean ALWAYS be LATE. No matter what it is you're being late to. 2. Red means green. 3. Eating Chipotle and In 'n Out every night is a great way to make massive gains. 4. Full meals only count if they're SOLID food. It doesn't matter if you just had a shake with 2000 calories.

See how it has changed in his videos comments section now? Likes/ dislikes ratio? I don't agree with steroids use, but admire honesty. He gives a lot of advice where the rest just try to exploit the end consumer. Keep up good work Rich, troll comments will never end as we all look for imperfections in others rather than admit to our own and do something about it. Don't try to please others for the sake of acceptance or you might just live your life to please everyone but yourself.

I honestly felt sad when he heard 80-90% of his KZfaq comments were negative. I remember watching parts of this series when I first got into bodybuilding in 2016 and a good amount of comments were trolling, but I think deep down most of us loved the big guy. I've drank the shakes he takes every morning (without Real food) and just that alone has done a HUGE change. If I don't work out for 3 days The shake maintains you with eggs and oatmeal and all that good stuff that he adds in it. I definitely recommend it

man I used to always mock this guy and never took him seriously and thought e was just another roided up meat head. but after watching this series abit, he's way cooler than I imagined and actually gives a lot of good advice. Big respect to him from a new fan/subscriber.

Garbage! You're obviously not paying attention. Rich's model of success is to constantly be doing different things all the time. He's all about confusion! Babylon! nah, not that type of confusion, he's more about variety, not really confusion, even though that's what he said. So it's variety, not consistency.
