5 abs workout mistake 1) doing sit ups. 2) not focusing on obliques. 3) neglecting body fat %. It should be 15%. 4) neglecting TVA. 5) doing less frequency.

Maine adha sal phle gym kari thi aur us time meri muscles grow ho gai thi aur body lean thi about 13% body fat .. But gym chodne k bad ab mai patla ho gya hu .. Kya mai ab chest biseps grow krne k sath sath abs bna skta hu ... Ya abs krne se mai aur patla ho jaunga??

True I did abs workout for around 3 months and didn't got any results After few time i realised that I did all wrong things

Yes that's really true. I was dieting and exercising for 2 years but not getting expected results. Then I realised that may be I am doing all wrong. Then I searched few videos on do's and don'ts while exercising, and followed the same and got surprising result in 3 months only.

For knowledge ( kyonki me thoda paagal hu jab tak muze koi cheez pe full bharosa nhi hota ki yaar ye to sahi nhi lag rha ! ) Or har bar ek channel se dusre channel dekh kr sochta ha ha ha I know this ! Hello sir, mera naam RAJDEEP ROY hai. Mera weight 4 mahine pehle 60 kg tha but mai week me 5 days physical training leta hu jisse mera weight abhi 56kg ho gaya hai. Actually mujhe apna weight 72-75 kg rakhna hai. Please mujhe bataiye ki mai kya diet follow karu jisse mera weight badhe. Vaise mai nonveg(Chicken & Eggs) bhi khata hu. Mujhe 2-3 month me apna weight gain krna hai. Morning me physical training and evening me gym karta hu.
