I agree on the stupidity of people's headcanon of stories. I think many haters often just pretend to have read the source material or have only read a part of it, to make it seem to anime-onlies, that they know what they are talking about, when in fact they don't. The very worst case I encountered, was a guy claiming he READ the WN of MT, but then he clearly didn't know what happens in TP3 or TP4. He just kept claiming that the MC is perverted and a murderer (yes!) and, that he doesn't become a better person, which is OBJECTIVELY WRONG and anyone, who's actually read the story would know this.

People always pick the dumbest things to complain about. The moment I heard that argument about the dub, I knew that person isn't a real anime fan. The anime community is becoming more polluted with casuals that don't really appreciate anything and take everything out of context or even worst bring their own morals and logic into a fictional world.

As someone who did not make it to season three I never forgave them for that mess of a trial. They tried to gard to make shield a typical good guyand undermined the queen. I was will move on with season two but that train wreck was the final nail

Shield hero season three I would say the solid 8.5 to a 9 out of 10 for me. Almost reaching the height of season one.

I will say that the last couple of volumes of the WN explain the repetitive nature of villains in a way I was satisfied with. The LN has yet done anything to prevent that truth from being the same. That being said; I am sour about the "adding" of filler feel I get from the LN+anime where they both are seeming to be less direct about the behind the scenes factor of the plot. If that behind the scenes was changed (no I am not convinced it has); then the LN and in turn anime will leave an extremely sour and bitter taste (think black coffee and Lemon Peels) in my mouth if they did. The ending is why I liked the WN so much in the first place. They change it then they might as well have not had those villains in it that are repititive.

I have no issues with Rising of the Shield Hero season three.

Now if someone wanted to complain about the Author including to many Loli or Shota characters I might be able to understand better... except if anything that is a studio problem as the LN only describes a few of the slave count. I mean that's basically complaining the studio animates people to be to pretty...? I like Atla the character but her pursuit of Naofumi in later parts is something I despise. Fohl holding Atlas actions against the shield hero is another source of irritation; but it should be. It bothers the MC so as your reading his POV most it should be your POV also.

I love this series the rising of the shield here I’ve been a big fan of it ever since 2019 and I just hate when people criticize it. It just really gives my blood boiling like it’s a really really good series and it actually hits from real life perspective because a lot of women betray guys these daysAnd it makes you feel like shit sometimes and people can rise up from that. I in a house full of women, and I can understand how women think so hearing people talk trash about the rising of the shield hero really makes me sad of the world has become.

That must mean you are a racist and are pro-slavery!" That sounds absolutely ridiculous to anyone with an ounce of critical thinking skills who has been exposed to any entertainment beyond Tik Tok videos, but as you know there is a contingent of Offended Internet Crusaders making exactly this claim. In many cases, I know these people are trolls who have some weird zero-sum mentality and believe that by canceling some titles / creators, they are "making more room" for their preferred content. So yeah, they are also idiots. But slightly less idiotic and a lot more evil than the ones who actually believe that BS.

Shield Hero season 3 has been a good bounce back. As a LN reader myself I am mostly happy with it and its showing off the characters I was excited for, being Atla, Sadeena, Fohl, S'yne, ect.. Shield Hero has some similar villains but most series have that. But, I am in a big Shield Hero LN fan because of the excellent characters and interactions I love. Then the latest stuff from volumes 21/22 which finally gave something I had been waiting on for so long. Danmachi is going to get shit too because people are so sensitive nowadays over everything and its frankly pretty sad. Western audiences think everything needs to fit their beliefs no matter what it is. Also, saying a series is better than another because either the sub or dub for one is better is absolutely stupid

Saying that Shield Hero is bad because some other series is great is very stupid. I personally have grown tired of Shield Hero because the writting for the the antagonists and villains is pretty weak, most of the villains are cackling maniacs or world ending entities with no strong motivation or purpose, or they are incredibly stupid, such as the other 3 heroes besides Shield Hero, that after two seasons of fuk-ups, they don't grow or evolve to either become stronger antagonists or get them on some redepmtion arc, the just breed conflict because they are in a perpetual state of behaving like bratty morons.

I didn't enjoy season 2, but I did watch all the way through. Personally, I am just very unhappy with the way the Anime portraits Naofumi and the other main characters. I still like the Anime. It's a pretty good show. And season 3 is pretty ok so far, even though they screwed up the attack on the village. And what the heck is up with these weirdos accusing Fohl of having a sister complex? Atla was flipping dying for most of her life. Of course he would be worried about her. The anime actually screwed that up by making Fohl completely non hostile toward Naofumi. He never begged to get bought. If I remember that correctly. And Atla constantly tries to pursue Naofumi, which annoys both him and Fohl. I just love Novel Naofumi being a tough love mom to his slaves. So not having that in the Anime is very disappointing. Or maybe it's because the Anime is not from Naofumis pov all the time. In the novel, everything is told from his perspective. I am still having an ok time. And the Manga is there too if I want pictures. I love the bonus mamga in all the volumes. They are really funny.

I know I'll be hated to not reading the source material (I will honestly to proff my point or discarded), but, the the season 3 sucks. Either the feuds and conflicts among the heros was absolutely wrong adapted or the Feuds and conflicts are the most stupid approach in the history of entertainment as a whole...

saying the series is bad because of the dub is the most dumb thing to say. Both series are difrent you can like one and not like the other but don't bash it becuase of the dub thing and dont bash it at all.

I absolutely hate when people judge fictional characters on real-world standards. I hate it even more if the (seemingly) same people then look at villain-protagonists like Homelander or Rick&Morty and view them as role-models. It is a story, it is meant to feel catharsis and forget. Please don't mix fiction and reality.

I think you miss understand my comment. Shield hero is not a bad anime, it just has bad timing. The other two have dubbed there episodes before Shield hero season 3 has. That can hurt it, if that person wish to watch dubbed over subbed. It does not mean that people will not watch it. It just mean the dubbers will watch it later. Which can make it look like less people are watching Rising of the Shield Hero then they really are. Yes you can watch both, and I do. But I'm a dubber so I'm watching it later then when it comes out, as I have to wait for the next dubbed episodes.

I stopped watching this anime since Season 2 came out, its so boring.
