54:45 None of Thor's elephant bar records were done with briefs, they are raw with straps. The rules were either a pair of compression shorts or a pair of briefs. Thor wears Rehband compression shorts Heaviest raw deadlift ever - 474kg by Thor Heaviest raw deadlift on a deadlift bar - 465kg by Jerry Pritchett

Thanks for clarification boss. Gets confusing and Brian Shaw did clarify in which bar and plates were used. Many records if you’re not specific

I think they've only allowed briefs once at the Arnold for the elephant bar (the year Mitch first won, Thor wasn't competing).

@@Micheldied you're right, they've allowed briefs at the ASC and the Rogue Invitational when the elephant bar was for max.

I agree with Loz. Hicks should have stopped after 2 reps. I don't see him get the 505.

They only allowed briefs at the Arnold in 2023 Thor has never used them for the eleohant bar and any of his records there.
