Ace vid Ben, love this series of ride vids! You mentioned your HR is always around 166? I too always have a higher HR, although I’m 51 and not as fit as you! But it’s nice to see someone who is fit and running a higher heart rate! ❤🚴‍♀️

Having a low heart rate such as 133 when you normally are in a higher range for the power is actually a sign of fatigue and over training, which always occurs on trips such as this. It also could be an issue with electrolytes and nutrition. It isn't really a good thing, but it does show your output is harder than normal. It however isn't an underlying gauge of your fitness in this shorter time period. Keep it up though (possibly at a more sustainable level) and one day it might be though. This issue is though, it never gets any easier, you just go faster!

That looks like a road kill monitor lizard. Very common in Malaysia especially close to water bodies such as rivers.
