I used the GoPro HERO 9 Black's TimeWarp 3.0 feature to capture a recent bike ride along the Rock Creek Trail in Washington DC.
This video is a section of a longer ride I did. I started my ride in Alexandria, VA and biked to the Rock Creek Park Boundary Bridge parking lot that is right across the DC-Maryland border - I turned around here, started my video, and headed back to DC. The section that I did in the video is about 10 miles long and went from the Boundary Bridge Parking lot all the way to the Lincoln Memorial.
This ride was a combination of road biking and dedicated trail biking (the Rock Creek Trail). I did this ride on a Saturday and the nice thing is that large stretches of Beach Drive are closed off to vehicle traffic on weekends (only bikers, hikers, walkers, etc. are allowed). That said, there are a couple of small sections where vehicles are still allowed, but when I rode, the number of bikers/hikers/walkers/etc. far outnumbered any vehicles.
If you were to do this trail out & back it would come out to about 20 miles total.
