Ingredients -
For Prepare the Pudinawale Aloo
5-6 Cup Water (For Boil the Potatoes)
4 Medium Size Peeled Diced Potatoes
½ Cup Fresh Mint Leaves/Pudina
⅓ Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves/Hara Dhaniya
1½ tsp Fresh Peeled Ginger
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Lemon Juice
As required Water (For Grind the Green Paste)
1 tbsp Refined Oil
½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
¼ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
½ tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder
As required Water
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
For Prepare the Rice Flour Roti
2 Cup Rice Flour
As per taste
¼ tsp Garlic Paste
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Cup Hot Water (For knead the dough)
½ tsp Refined Oil (For Moyan)
As required Rice Flour (For Dusting while roll the roti)
As required Oil (For Roast the Roti)
Serve it in Lunch/Dinner
