This patient presented with a subarachnoid haemorrhage, a small aneurysm on one side and a large and one on a dysplastic vessel on the opposite we needed to use a flow diverter and coils on one side and also secure the small aneurysm on the opposite

Great work doctor. My mom is your patient. She had a small aneurysm. Need to check again at KMCH
