I think it's the fact that you have all of these famous faces around Bill playing a song and each person is shocked, in love, amazed, in the moment or just pure happy. Music brings everyone together. Love you Bill ❤

Marvellous. Bill Bailey showing once again that music is something to be shared by all. Him being a comedian removes all pretence, and allows people to just take honest music at face value, and enjoy it with a smile

I love Rowan Atkinson so much, but you have to laugh at how awkward he looked up on stage. Totally refused to clap out of time, so when the tempo changed he had a little freak-out before joining back in with a look of pure concentration lmao Gotta hand it to him though, he was spot-on the whole time (despite everyone else)

I just noticed that at the very end when Bill does a couple fast beats to finish, Rowan does a couple fast claps just after, to finish properly 😅 made me think of Mr Bean

Atkinson struggles with any event where he's not the centre of attention. But that's fine - most professional comedians are like that, that's why they're so good at what they do. But it can make for some amusingly awkward moments when they're required to stand in line while somebody else is centre stage.

I love when he speeds up you can see the lady in the choir to the right of Bill in the black dress put her head down counting the beats before clapping in time. She gets it spot on before anyone else on stage or in the audience

It's a reel, 1 & 3 is the correct beat to clap on. Bill actually leads it with his bass drum. There's no concept of a back beat in this kind of music.

I FUCKING FOUND IT A part of the melody I KNEW I recognised from somewhere, I found it It reminds me a lot of Lord Of The Dance with Michael Flatly I wonder if it was an inspiration for Bill at all when he was playing 🥳🥳

@@patrickhannon4217 Rowan is a physical comedian, it's what he does best. His drun skit (this one kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d8Wbn9J4l8CbpIk.html) requires great memory, timing and rhythym of course. Same with his piano skit.

I cant stand clapping audiences! Why can't people just enjoy music? Most of the time they are not on tempo (occasionally they are, but this is fairly rare) and it just ruins things. It's almost like some kind of conditioned social response. I often imagine artists performing to tone deaf, out-of-time clappers, think to themselves "shut the fk up!" as you're trying to keep good time yourself.
