If Carolyn had cried in front of David after he changed into the Hulk in front of her own eyes after he broke out of the hypnotic state when he again saw in his dream his wife Laura, whom he failed to save because he didn't tap into his hidden strength, would the creature calm down before he damaged the glass door and ran out to the beach of Hawaii?
