No, actually, it's not like that at all. If a guy doesn't want to break up with a girl because he finds her attractive then that's simply because he doesn't want to lose her, nothing of his own identity is at risk. Someone not wanting to end a relationship with, or feeling coerced into a relationship with, someone in power is different because their actual job or job opportunities could be/are potentially at risk, it also completely invalidates that person's right to authentic consent. That's why it's a crime. It creates an inherent power imbalance that makes it impossible for one person to not be taking advantage of another.
