That is the great Andre Crouch. He wrote this song, "The Blood" that everyone sings. He passed away January 2015.

@@jessewaller8971 I'd put it at 2000 or 2001. Hovie Lister is in this video and he died Dec 28 2001. No Glen Payne nor Rex Nelon here so don't think it was before 2000.
