Billboard's Hot 100 GOAT List updated to the most recent Billboard week (March 6, 2021). The last GOAT update came out in August 2018 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Hot 100. I have been tracking the Hot 100 and doing weekly updates to this list. Feel free to contact me on Twitter @SailorCharts if you have any questions!

Fun fact based on salior charts formula on bilboard hot 100 goat list blinding lights needs to stay 2 weeks in the top 10 to surpassed the the twist to secure the number one spot on the bilboard's goat list

Those songs definitely did great on the charts but there were other songs that performed much better

To reach the top 100 here, you needed some crazy long stability. At the time none of those songs had long-term statbility.

I wanna know will the Billboard reduce the index in 2021 and 2020 such as 0.8 in 2020 and 0.75 in 2021

Billboard did reduce the multis for 2020 and 2021: 2020 is 0.75, 2021 is 0.80

You say you used Billboard's methodology. But Billboard has it's own Top 100 songs and it different than yours.

Billboards top 100 is updated to 2018, doesn’t include 2019-now

It just stayed on the countdown for a very long time as there is little competition among new songs. Let's see if these newly-added songs will still be played on the radio in the few decades as frequent as today. I'm sure the older ones will be more likely be played. At 33, I'm still a music lover, but the latest songs really didn't catch my attention much. I still prefer the countdown's older editions.

@@DOMICH59 but the only song consecutively placed the no.1 spot and take note it is a classic song not a newbie but still dominating the chart. I'm sure All I Want For Christmas Is You will notch the no.1 spot again this December, breaking a record for three consecutive years.

Most of the songs that are entered in top 100 are boring and bias, No taylor swift and lady gaga are you fucking kidding me

It's because Billboard calculations are based on a complex point based formula where the #1 song gets 60k points, #2 song gets 40k, #3 gets 38k and so on, so songs like Thriller, despite being massive hits, didn't stay long in the chart so they aren't inside the greatest of all time, this combined with multipliers that range from 0.75 to 2 gave a heavy bias towards older eras
