Dude, I just got teleported back in the early 00s when my pops was showing me how all this works, then used a similar setup to play the beginning of "I just can't wait to be king". Thank you for that.

Honestly, I'm intrigued how it's all connected, what hardware and software is used to control all of this. Not to mention dozens of hours to program it.

Every song has to be programmed. He used to have people help contribute to the songs. All controlled using parallel ports and cables if memory recalls.

Next step would be to make it so he only needs to play the song and it would play the song for him ;D

@@TechyGuy17 hard to do considering he doesnt have enough equipment to be able to easily "match notes". This idea would be ideal though. Timing on some of his instruments changes the frequency and pitch, so it would be a very difficult task. Someone should start a gofund or crowdsourcing thing for this guy: I'm sure there are enough programmers and people with cash that would love to see that idea come to fruition.

The song is actually really, really good advice in a time when we got alot of really bad advice in media. The story behind the song explains why he was giving it, and you start to realize how wholesome jackson really was.

Man, it is unnatural how natural of a fit this is. The floppy disc sounds have more than enough bass and echo to capture the feeling of the original's instrumental.

I'm pretty sure the Floppotron counts as percussion. Most of the sounds are made by things hitting each other.
