You know what? Thank God we’ve still got Billy Joel! Yeah I know the bands changed,The vibes changed! There hasn’t been a new album in years and chances are there never will be! But I’m just glad we’ve got him,we’ve got all those hits and all the memories And that’s good enough for me!

I am a 14 year old and I wasn’t born back then, but I found out about him 5 weeks ago, and it’s been non-stop billy joel songs in my music history, I’ve listened to all of his albums already and he makes incredible music, my second fav artist, and he’s very talented, I wish I was able to see him live in his prime, too bad I wasn’t born :(

@@000coolkid9 Well kid first of all I applaud you! I know 35 year olds that can’t name 1 Billy Joel song! 2nd don’t feel bad! A lot of us long for a generation we really weren’t a part of! Even Billy Joel himself! Just never be ashamed of who you are and what you like…No matter what your friends like! Keep the faith kid!

@@jasonwhite7452 thanks, man, I just found him out through “movin’ out” and I went deeper into his songs, my fav songs of his are movin out, Laura, big shot, and uptown girl. His songs makes me very happy and my fav album from his is 52nd street, I just hope one day I hopefully meet this legendary man, ik the chances are slim, but hopefully one day.

I always felt like this Joel is prime Joel, right here. Still in good physical shape. Five years before he became bloated Yankee Stadium Joel. He’s not too old and he’s not too young either. Just perfect.

I obviously know that billy will never answer this but hoping the person who runs this account does. A few months ago I went to billy at the MSG. It was unbelievable. Both Billy’s birthday and mine are both May 9th and billy is having a concert at the MSG on May 9th. I’m going to the concerta! I’ve never been more exited for anything!

Great performer. He's admitted himself he's probably not the best voice going round at the time but Billy's presence, songs and piano prowess makes him the complete package. Still shits on anything today.

He is such a good person . Love this singer and many of his songs that I memorized a couple in my teenage years. A healthy man and his dad survived Dachau. Love being an Ashkenazim.
