In 1998, a Oxi-Clean infomercial was created to promote 2 of Orange Glo Internationals biggest selling products: OxiClean and Orange Clean. This following major success in the mid 90s at many state fairs and sales on HSN. This infomercial was hosted by Kara Cox and Billy Mays.

He starts off so calm and soft-spoken when he's introduced here. It took a full ten seconds for him to fully transition into his trademark enthusiastic yelling pitch mode once he talks about the product.

Billy started off so soft and subtle at the beginning but then BAM, he turned into the Billy we know and love lol. Always gotta shout and yell!
