Personally I think it's part of 'Mountain Jam' by Allman Brothers Band. He did a bit of 'Jessica' by them just before going into it.

The intro sounded like mix of “going down the road feeling bad” and “daytripper”…or am I hearing shit? 🤔 Love Billy’s cover of this song though, prob my favorite🤟
