The style of bluegrass Tony Rice pioneered is addictive, alive, and well. And the youth are taking it higher and higher.

The most exciting high energy electric Bluegrass that I've ever heard, all played by excellent musicians. Billy Strings and Company have an excellent future ahead.

Ol girl , Sierra giving me chills with all of sweet potato flow so rythymically melodically plugged in with a higher power . Ol gal is just like charmed , harmonically she is able to create music pathways that she is traveling like. Some astral highway when she riffs her route is all her domain . She is snappy crisp and absolutely. On par with the top Mando pickers Ol girl is the entire package positive energy georgeous on the money musician who plays on the next level. Also she is in the moment all the way. , Her little little lilting sort of swaying body movement is also a good part of her considerable charm/stage presence

There is nobody freer than Billy on the face of earth. He's taken his associates with him on a Billy Strings bluegrass magic carpet ride! Simply like the 2nd coming of a Bill Monroe bluegrass innovator bringing in today's youth.

Thanks for posting, Billy's solo around 8:00 to 9:00 gets a little Pink Floyd-y, the David Gilmour sound. Extraordinary musicians: both of them

Whole trick to bluegrass is having that right hand magic that you have to be born with lots of top musicians that just can't get the right hand going fast enough for bluegrass just my opinion bluegrass is like folk on steroids like ronnie said in bluegrass documentary

Great skills and all that but something about Billy I find offputting. Maybe he comes across a bit too much ego to me. The whole soloing here goes in to the Miles Davis direction.
