How do these compare to Harleys Chizeled Satin Black Handlebars?

How are these compared to HD Chizeled Lo? Do you lean more or pull back and relax? for an Iron 883 2018

The HD Chizeled Lo have a 4” rise and the ZED bars have a 5” rise. The HD bars have a slight bend downwards and the ZED bars do not leaving you at a comfortable riding position. The ZED bars are only 24” in width and the HD bars are 27”.
