How to make suji halwa without milk ❤️

Ingredients:
250 grams suji (semolina)
Ghee (as needed)
Chopped almonds
Chopped cashews
Dry coconut
Sugar 200 grams
Chironji
Water (as needed)
1 tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder
3 tbsp ghee
Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Method:
Heat a Kadhai on medium flame.
Add ghee and let it melt.
Add 250 grams of suji to the melted ghee.
Sauté the suji, mixing continuously, until it turns brown.
Add chopped almonds, cashews, dry coconut, and chironji. Mix well.
Add water and mix thoroughly.
Cover the Kadhai with a lid and let the mixture cook.
Once cooked, open the lid and add sugar 200 grams, 1 tsp of elaichi (cardamom) powder and 2 tbsp of ghee. Mix well.
Remove the halwa into a bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Serve hot and enjoy!
