In my opinion this is one of the greatest episodes of the series. The story was absolutely wonderful and so emotionally poignant. This show was phenomenal!

This will always be my favorite episodes. Something about tearing a friendship apart and rebuilding it just clicks with me. Also the music is just… *chefs kiss* absolutely perfect. This show and these ladies in general… truly timeless ❤️ I watched as a young boy and will continue to watch always.

This is the absolute best episode when Lucy and Renee comment on an episode. They both really enjoy it, they joke so much. It just caught them in a wonderful mood.

It's so nice that these ladies so obviously respect and enjoy each other. And so obviously respect the people they worked with, in front of and behind the camera.

i loves this episode it showed the hatred and anger they had for one another and there different ways of grieving but still made it somewhat fun for the fans and i love how xena and gab mend there relationship at the end it shows how strong there friendship is one of my fav episodes by far

I remember when the trailer for this episode came out I said wow this is gonna be a shitty episode. I was so wrong, it turned out to be one of my favorite episodes. And Lucy is right, they did such a wonderful job matching the singing voices for Hudson and Renee.

This is the best TV show ever made. Hail to the producer's and cast and crew. You can watch Xena on bmovies/is, every season. I use to watch it on Netflix but they took it off. This episode was magical. It's a pity they went in a totally new direction for Lyre Lyre Hearts on Fire. I still haven't watched that one in full. When it comes to musical episodes, the most important thing to me is that the music has to be original for it to be meaningful to the story. Bitter Suite totally has that and more.

Lucy has a great singing voice! This episode was hard to watch.

I learned a life lesson from watching Xena as a kid. I was watching an episode of Xena with my cousin and he says to me "I would give all the money in my pocket to see her tits." And my dad laughed at him and said, "...let me tell you son, Xena is played by a major actress, not a pornstar. Listen to me, $10 will never buy you that." That moment became a fun joke we shared in our family recalled by family members who weren't even there, just for a good chuckle. We laughed at him for years about that until 15 years later, my cousin bought my dad a $9 subscription to Netflix, and we all binged the entire first season of Spartacus together in 1 night. The moral of my story is this... Lucy Lawless still got a nice fuckin body fam. 15 years ain't did her no wrong.
