BEST PARTS OF THE EPISODE: "Yes both ways!" (during th fast answer scene) and "I that a hickey?" omfg gabrielles face lmfao SUBTEXTTT

"No, no, yes, no. I tried that. Yes, both ways. No, I don't know. No, again. Are there any more questions? Good." Saying "Yes, both ways." while looking at Gabrielle and speaking a tad lower... 😅

Sounds like they are all subtexters themselves. Especially Ren, she always remember the subtext moments.

Lucy is so brilliant. Such a funny and beautiful person. Of course things like Xena sucking her thumb would be her idea LOL!

i love how lucy always puts funny subtextual things into the episodes. whenever you watch a commentary the directors or whoever are always like "oh yeah lucy decided to add that and we just keep it" lol.

This episode was hilarious XD I've seen multiple series and quite soem of them have at least one 'da ja vu' episode and most of the time, I don't really like these episodes but I loved this one xD I loved Teds commentary about Xena and Gabrielles relationship. The subtext in this episode was briliant xD Xenas face/eyebrows when she said 'both ways' (I'd love to have seen Gabbrielles face there xD) and the 'is that a hickey?' part xD I was like 'What did you two do?' *nudge nudge, wink wink* and Gabrielles reaction there was brilliant XD I love these two and this series but havn't finished it yet sono spoilers please! I just started season 3 now

i think this may be my all time favorite episode. favorite parts include: -killing the freaking rooster "maybe it's the rooster" (joxer) then "er-er-er-er (chakram thrack!) - killing joxer "you, you killed him?!!!" (gabby) then Xena turning over and sucking her thumb. best. episode. ever.

xena woke up with a hickey one day from gabrielle cuz she knew she wouldnt remember it hahah then the next day came and the hickey was gone

This was the first episode I remember watching when I was about 11-12... I just remember the premise Xena waking up to the same day over and over...

Lol. It was a very funny episode. Xena killed Joxer (and many a fan cheered), she killed the rooster (many a person P.E.T.A wept) and made out with Gabrielle.... a lot (many a fan cheered and drooled)

Heh, poor little Joxer died twice in one ep. XD lol I remember crying on the first one near the beginning of the ep, cuz we never watch previews, so having no clue what the ep was gonna be about we really thought they'd killed off Joxer. *face palm* lol

I didn't like the fact that Ted was so certain about the Subtext, I like it better when it's left open for interpretation. I don't like the subtext thing, I like Gabrielle and Xena better as friends with a love beyond simple romantic love.
