Out of all of the animals that you associate the Irwin’s with. Their pug Stella is the most unusual.

I named my first dog, a pug after Bindi (back in 2007)! We called her Bindi Boo (instead of Bindi Sue) haha.

I got to cuddle Stella when we visited Australia zoo she is so sweet and friendly , one of the keepers was walking her around the zoo after the croc show . We also were lucky to see the Irwin's on their last day doing shows in the crocoseum during the school holidays .

My brother went to Australia zoo in 2002 and Steve was walking sui around and the next year, he got a Staffordshire terrior because sui was so sweet

my Bella is a beautiful shin Tzu she everything to me and my family.

Aww... I lost my 2 pugs last year 4 months apart from each other. My boy Max lived to be 14 and my girl Sadie was 16. They were incredible - I know when I'm on my death bed, thinking about the periods of my life, the 15'ish years I spent with my pugs will shine very brightly. There is a video on my profile of them during 'middle' age.

Robert and Bindi: I LOVE pugs and I love your Stella---My Aunt has a pit bull named Stella also and you know their faces are rather similar in structure and I adore my Aunt's dog but, OH--how I would love to own a pug someday-- I NEED an emotional support animal and I just cannot afford a pug because they are really pricey for a little dog. For the last 30+ years I've had nothing but chihuahuas and a toy poodle; iow nothing but tiny dogs! My poodle basically grew up with my children and was reared with them as well--she lived to the age of 16.. I live in an assisted living home now w/o any children or animals anymore except for some cats which I am VERY allergic to. My Dad is about to make his final exit from this world at the that we all know and love--I, for one am going to miss him more than I can even TRY to express! There is a particular "specialness" to our relationship because I was born of my Mom (and some strange guy that ran off when he found out my Mom was expecting) and my REAL Dad met her about 3 Months after I was born and fell in love with both of us and married my Mom when I was 6 months OLD and to make things even more special he adopted me when I was 6 months old, so I've never even met my bio-Dad. My REAL DadH is in "hospice care" now and they are attempting to make his exit from the world as painless as possible--as a result he's barely awake most of the time and it's terribly hard to bear I feel I am more than a little bit special to him because he CHOSE to be my Father.

I don’t like commenting & I love the irwins, but I felt the need to just mention that the literal existence of pugs is pretty cruel, they’ve been bred without concern for their health & now they have tons of health problems. I’m glad they’re taking care of their pug really well & love her but yknow,, pug breeding isn’t good no matter how cute they are

does anyone think it's a bit ironic of the Irwin's to own a pug? they're so inbred and are prone to so many health issues. they have difficulty breathing from their flat faces and have a shortened life span, it's almost cruel to breed them.

its funny bindi is fighting for animals and then gets herself one of the most overbred breeds that u can get on earth. kinda contridicts itself....
