This week, @EthanChlebowski joins us to tackle a question for the ages: just how do you make a guilt-free pizza that also, you know, tastes like pizza? well you accually stretch this pizza different way, by pinch it with the finger because you want to keep more air possible inside the crust this way when the pizza goes in the oven the water will evaporate and it air pockets inside will make the pizza much more crunchy, hope you see my messages and you will give me a chance to collaborate in a pizza video

Pinsa is a very old, traditional and not-so-well-known dish from like Tuscany and Central (rural) Italy! Had no idea people knew about it abroad!

This is just what I was looking for! I love Pinsa and I would eat it every week if I could. Tried some healthier variations in the past (and I've also talked about this in my channel) but it never worked really well. Watching this video I think this is the one, I'm absolutely gonna try it!

I like how (Andrew) started the show by focusing on the food instead of his face. Now that we can see his face he tries to show off everyone working around him to. E.g. Kendal's reaction. You sir are a gentleman. Could I suggest some credits at some point... At least so I know I spelt the name right. edit: put Babish instead of Andrew in the comment.

@@MichaelAlthauser Nobody said that his pronunciation has to be correct. I'm only saying that from a native speaker standpoint it's incorrect. And yes, Ethan is aware from where his family and his last name comes. Btw, "chleb" in polish means "bread" so even his career is connected to it.
