Recorded with DOSBox 0.74.
All Boss levels from Bio Menace episodes 1-3, on Hard setting, without using any of the special moves (plasma bolt, fire balls, shield, invincibility burst).
Each level was played and recorded separately, and started with the basic New Game stats (0 score, 3 lives, 4 hit points, no items).
0:00 - Skull Man - The boss message only appears when Snake touches the ground. It is even possible to kill this boss before activating the message. It is possible to kill the hands, but these take a lot of damage, and should simply be avoided while attacking the head.
2:13 - Dr. Mangle - The platform with the door allows Snake to stay safe from the giant mutant frog-toad thing's attacks. The door can be quickly entered back and forth to lay mines or attack the boss.
4:11 - The Queen Ant - On Easy and Normal, this boss only takes a few seconds to kill. But on Hard it's a real pain. The limited items and the boss's high amount of health make this level extremely difficult.
7:04 - Trash Boss - Pretty easy boss. Just keep shooting it and jump over the trash projectiles.
8:00 - The Enforcer - Grab the invincibility potion and rush to the boss. After defeating the boss it's possible to go back and go through the rest of the level, but here I just went straight to the exit. (If the level is exited without placing the bomb, a different ending is played.)
10:39 - Goliath - The tough robots are easy to destroy with the grenades and rapid fire.
12:20 - Master Cain - The toughest boss. The items at the far right of the level are very helpful for attacking Cain with. There is a bug where this boss can sometimes transform into the "ghost" form even after all its health is gone. The boss will automatically die after it changes back to its normal form, but the level can still be exited when the boss has no health even if it is still flying around.
