Fellow body mechanics enthusiast here. I'm sure you have seen that many the majority of climbers especially intermediate to advanced/expert all have terrible forward shoulder/poor alignment that causes them to pull from their shoulders (traps and delts) because their scapula is not depressed and they havent learned to train from that position where it recruits the larger muscle group (rhomboids and lats). Making a video on this concept could be an idea ;)

Do body tension! Like when you have to use your core to push through your feet on an overhang.

I love the tennis ball analogy - are you a climber yourself? or are you just interested in the biomechanics behind the sport? Either way, I've really enjoyed this climbing content. Thanks for creating it! (I spotted a local gym in some of the footage!)

This made so much more sense to me than the Deadpoint vid Movement For Climbers did recently. Thank you so much! I even got to recently nerd out on the Quadriga Effect at my local gym when someone was training 1 finger hangs. You're making some great climbing content that we're not seeing elsewhere.

When in doubt, over shoot, you can always bend your arm and catch at the point of zero momentum. You can make your hand land shorter than the range of your jump, but you cannot make your hand reach further than the range of your jump. Also if you have a little bend in your arm when you catch then you lower to absorb the shock of the load, but you can’t make your arm miraculously grow longer to reach. Plus it’s almost always a further jump than you think anyhow. While your head might think you are jumping to far, you’re probably jumping just right.

How about one on the muscle groups used throughout different types of climbs and a few exercises that train those muscles to help avoid common injuries?

Part 4 suggestion. General stretching routine for climbing. Maybe even 3 levels of routine from beginner (they might not be able to do as much) to expert.

How about why the elbows rise as you get tired. Like it appears to be the worse thing to do but the body just naturally does it.

It's most likely you using other muscles to compensate for the weak/tired ones!

Bit of a technical suggestion, but I think soundproofing your recording room/studio a bit would up the production quality on your videos! Getting a big of an echo and noise, which is a shame because right now the production of your videos is really really good for a small channel.
