Here in New Zealand men are dropping like flys from prostate cancer!! Simply because they have high level of estrogen, cause huge prostate problems which is mainly from foods, but MAINSTREAM medicine will never admit it, I'm 50 I take Dim. Great supplement, it definitely cleaned all the synthetic estrogen sitting in my liver,,probably from years of drinking out of plastic bottles

Hello and thank you for the info. What determines what dosage to take, i.e. 100, 200 or 300 mg, with a woman with no uterus, post menopause, and history of breast cancer? I have found taking the 300 mg with that brand, and my breast hurt and my arms. Thanks

Dr. Shel! I am a fourth year medical student struggling with terrible acne for years! I have jawline acne, cystic acne and aberrant hair growth on the face and chest, and am unable to tolerate most forms of oral birth control. Will DIM help to regulate my estrogen in the same way that birth control would?

I read that diim will help women with high testosterone levels reduce them. My question is if before taking diim some of the excess testosterone is being synthesized into androgens which is causing the problems will taking diim stop that synthesis of testosterone to androgen? Then what will happen to the excess testosterone? Will there now be more free testosterone available on the body after taking the diim? Thanks so much.
