Biotin-Rich Laddoo
Nowadays I see a lot of people looking for biotin suppliments to help improve hair, nail and skin. So here is the recipe where there is Biotin-Rich Laddoo- no sugar, no ghee, no oil, no honey. It’s so rich with nuts and seeds; must have daily few hours before lunch.
Ingredients :
3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
3/4 cup dry roasted almonds
2.5 tbs sunflower seeds (dry roasted & salted)
3 tbs desiccated coconut (optional)
Approx 7-8 dates paste
3 cardamom powder (for flavour)
Method :
Heat up the pan
Dry roast 3/4 cup peanuts
Dry roast 3/4 cup almonds
Tranfer in a mixing bowl
Add 2.5 tbs roasted & salted sunflower seeds
(If you have dry sunflower seeds, roast them and add a pinch of salt)
Add 3 tbs desiccated coconut (optional) and mix it
Churn this mixture in mixie
Make fine powder and transfer in a mixing bowl
Note : you can consume a spoonful of this powder in your breakfast
Now for sweetness add approx 7-8 dates paste
(remove seeds and churn in mixie / jaggery is optional)
Add 3 cardamom powder (for flavour)
Mix it well with hands
Take some mixture
(use tablespoon to make even shape laddoos)
Roll with hands giving it a round shape
(Make more laddus with same procedure)
