It's my first time growing my hair, and your videos were really helpful on this journey. I use an egg mask to my hair weekly and rub my scalp three times a week using liitleextraa coconioonn oil. Afterward, I wash it off with cocconioon shampoo, and I've been following this routine consistently. I'm pleased to say that my hair fall is gone now.

I do ladoo every week with only sesame seeds and medjool dates. Optionally we can add cold milled flax seed powder and roll the ladoos in hemp seeds. No need of ghee or butter or oil. Sesame releases its own oils. I loved your recipe as well ❤️

1/2 cup Sesame seeds 1 cup flax seeds 1/2 cup almonds Roast separately until popping Cool Grind 1/4 cup water and 1 cup jaggery boil add cardamom powder boil until string like consistency add nut powder one tbsp ghee Mix and make ladoos

Flax seeds have a compound in its cover that prohibits its digestion unless heated.Purpose of it is that seeds remain fertile even after eating.Flax seed should not be eaten raw.

For anaemia you need read meat. It body easily absorbs iron from the meat.

Haem iron from red meat will fix your anemia very quickly. Iron from plant sources has very low bioavailability and is unlikely to work for many.

Dear Meena, it's wonderful laddus recipe and loaded with so much of nutrition especially Omega 3 fatty acids and calcium. Don't know about weight loss but it's surely good for hair and skin. Hi Vandana, fully agree with you. Yes request for post work out & running receip as we need protein to replience microtears Don't want weight loss but to gain some as we are vegan & what oil could be use if at all needed in place of ghee. Once again thanks for wonderful recipe 👍

I sometimes just s stir fry flax, poppy, sesame or any seeds I have available - in stir fry wok with kale, toasted sesame oil and aminos which taste similar to soy sauce. Or I add the seeds to a daily salad as salad toppings along with nutritional yeast and homemade dressing.

Jaggery has natural sigar which is okay to eat. Whereas never eat refined sugar or products made out of refined sugar.

Keto style, you might want to use a little golden Monkfruit or another natural sweetener mix, instead of Jagger, and maybe little lard or coconut oil, so it sticks together.

Though complex, jaggery contains sucrose, which when absorbed by our body raises blood sugar levels. That means it is as harmful as any other form of sugar. The only difference is jaggery takes time to get absorbed in the body. People who don't have diabetes can replace sugar with jaggery. Almost thought it is healthy...

@@anncolvin4070 I looked for it on Amazon and it says it’s unrefined evaporated sugar cane juice. So basically sugar, but before it is refined into being white. I imagine it has more vitamins in minerals? I’m not sure how it is different than black strap molasses.

This is an ancient sweet in Sri Lanka, especially in the Uva Province. It is a delicacy served in the New Year. However, instead of Ghee, they use coconut oil with Kitul Jaggery.

If you boil jaggery till one strong consistency .. the balls will be hard and not chewable,,so we just need to melt the jaggery

Yes heating the seeds at high temperatures denatures the nutritional value of the seed. Do not heat! Simply grind into a powder consistency

Actually, that is not true. For those with digestive problems, or those following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, or GAPS diet for gut health, raw nuts are prohibited and they must be lightly roasted, as in this video. For those diets, however, the jaggery would also be prohibited.

Other than almond and flakes, we prepare this in every year naagulachavithi we call it as chimmli. It's the yummy one. Try this, it really good.

Hi 👋 I'm surprised no one has mentioned the "TANNINS" of the almond. The brown cover over the almond. This is a great recipe. But if you want it to be healthy you must remove the tannins. The tannins PREVENT absorption of nutrients and super hard to digest. (Even pulverized). .. I soak my almond for a cpl hrs and easily pinch off the skin. ... When in doubt check it out... I'm gonna follow this recipe with a tweak here/ there. Ever think dehydrating? My mom use to make fruit roll ups.. Thank you for sharing ⚘⚘⚘

White sugar is REFINED. Whereas palm sugar or jaggery is NATURAL. It's ideal to use. If one can avoid white rice, it's thousand fold better bcos white rice coverts to sugar faster which is the main cause for diabetes. Red Cargo Rice or Basmati or Kerala Matta Rice is much a healthier choice. Dates syrup is another alternative if it's made from pure natural dates like Al Baraka brand from Haniffa dept store.

Yup! I grind flax and chia seeds and put them into my oatmeal with cocoa powder and coconut manna! Top with fruit and cinnamon. Yum!!

I made these last night. They are good, almost peanut butter taste. I used more jaggery that the recipe cause it was not moist enough. I think it could be better with a little cocoa.

If u can't get jaggery u can use palm sugar or brown sugar, u can try in Amazon grocery online
