Birdbath for hummingbirds. How to set up a very simple and effective DIY birdbath for hummingbirds.

DIY birdbath, I just set up the birdbath for hummingbirds and my first little guest is already here testing the water!💗💕 It looks like a very young hummingbird. 💕💗🥰
Here are the details:
1. Container - I use a planter saucer.
2. Water pump - I use an electric water pump since sunlight is not always guaranteed here.
3. Some rocks
4. Assembling - press water pump on the bottom of the container to stick it on; put enough water to cover the body of the water pump; make sure the tube sticks out of water; place some rocks around the water pump so the birds can land on; plug in and you will have a birdbath.🤗

Very nice! Hummer loves it. I would add a bit more water and make sure it never dries out. If water level falls, pump will burn out.

Wonderful! I have a small birdbath that the hummingbirds love as well. Nothing like seeing a tiny hummingbird bathing in a homemade fountain. Adorable!🥰 Thank you for sharing!

Hello, thank you for the video and idea. I have been looking all over trying to figure out how to make the hummingbirds a bath. May I ask what size plant saucer that is? And is it plastic? Thanks so much for any info!

Plastic planter saucer, 15 inches or 38 cm. We bought it from Home Depot. Hope this helps. Good luck with your birdbirdbath.

Sorry, I can’t remember the brand, but it is a very basic one……only $19 Canadian. It lasted two summers already and is still working well. Bought from Home Depot. Hope this helps. 😊

I think birds have feelings and emotions, I saw a dead bird, the bird to me looked like a baby in it's face, the bird was surrounded by what looked like older birds, they were flapping their wings wildly, jumping up and down, they were screaming, they had a disturbed look on their faces

Yes, I agree with you. I have witnessed a very dramatic scene of the birds as well and it stunned me. I totally understand what you are saying. 💗💕
