Layout, interior materials, aesthetic, and scale is perfect. These types of contemporary design though commands a better location with scenery or views.

I’m surprised how warm it feels despite not having any rugs, and most of the line being hard, sharp lines, but overall, fantastic home

So aesthetically pleasing inside and out. The result of really skillful design and furnishing. Your eyes are able to appreciate everything due to a lack of clutter and colors attacking you. Very balanced. Some of these homes are so busy and loud there should be a seizure warning at the door.

Feels more commercial than personal. The house tells you how you should use and place everything, not the other around (eg: The TV size and location on the wall is what it is). Very nice place to work, but I can't see myself living in it.

The only downside to this stunning residence is the fact that it sits on a lousy corner lot right by a STOP sign. I often see these contemporary designed houses, where the interior isn't executed to the same standard or style as the exterior - The builder and architect have come together and executed both the interior and exterior to perfection - They got it right.

Why is there no fence in front of the house? Everyone on the street can see inside of the house and if you pull the curtain, you lose natural light.

Cool, I can see how someone would like it. Really not into the windows. The DEEP END in the tiles was cringe. Would be really cool to see how this style ages into the future. Good luck if you're bidding! :)

Are houses like this built using concrete structure instead of wood? I quite dislike houses built using wood structures, they are very bad in soundproofing, and movement can be easily amplified and transmitted throughout the entire house, especially if the person living with you has heavy footing.
