Күн бұрынIn May I spent the day exploring Madera Canyon. What an amazing place to bird! I saw a total of 33 species and really enjoyed my time there.

How about Swainson’s for that thrush? Looks more like it has a buffy spectacle. eBird shows a decent number of May sightings in that area.

You are probably right! There were just so many Hermit Thrushes there that I wasn't even looking out for the Swanson's Thrush. Thanks for pointing that out!

What's the difference between the Hepatic Tanager and the Summer Tanager?
