If you want a more professional answer, go ask them and not a random guy who you found on the internet. First of all, you're giving a single example of a prophet who had witnesses around him and who could prove that Moses was a prophet. What about Abraham, Noah or Jonah? And except from Jesus' supernatural abilities, were there witnesses of God talking to them and Jesus, as in Moses' example? Every prophet in Islam came with certain signs, as did Muhammed (saw.) with the Qur'an. Even though he was an illiterate (due to lack of education), he got revelations from God in such a highly demanding arabic language that everyone in his day was stunned by it (including the great poets and writers of Muhammed's time). The thing is that his general language wasn't demanding at all, he was talking to his companions in such a simple way that everyone understood him and whilst revealing the epiphany, he couldn't also get inspired by other great written works because he wasn't able to read at all. Else than that, Muhammed (saw.).even gets criticized in a book which, as you think, he wrote all by himself (33:53 for example referring to his characteristics and his seemingly lacking self-confidence). Why would he do smth. like that if he was interested into guiding everyone to his "thought up" religion? Wouldn't he give his best to show everyone how perfect he is so everyone believes him to be a prophet? And btw., isn't it weird that when Muhammed (saw.) held his last preaching in front of his companions and right after that the passage 5:3 was revealed, Muhammed (saw.) suddenly became very sick and died bc. of that?
