Nice informative video., it gives me good memories, I used to install machines in Tyre industry., As shown the 1st M/C is the Master Banburru Mixer - there where at a cycle 220Kg or 440Kg of Natural & Synthetic Rubber will be mixed at 200deg to 350deg., then the bottom is the TSR- Twin Screw Roller, where mixed rubber is formed into 6~ 10mm of hard rubber sheets., at it will be vertically hanged and stacked., Then these stakked rubber sheets will be cutter and loaded to Final Banbury mixer with mixing of Carbon and Sulphur., then only you will final Rubber sheet ready for next process., Then Baking is called as Tyre curing Press., Maximum in India this machine is manufactured by L&T., Overall a good Tyre making video in Tamil as 1st Time., I think.,

Nice video. However I suggest using the correct/precise technical terms for each of the process steps from Raw material to End Product. You can also include information around how the E2E planning happens, how shifts are planned, how companies focus on sustainability aspects. All these will help the upcoming or budding engineers, students & Entrepreneurs. Of course, the companies are willing to share these with you during your factory tours.
