I'm an ex-owner of Royal Enfield classic 350 BS-VI bro. It's a total failure bro FI system. I have a huge history to tell about the vehicle. I have totally clocked 32,000 kms Now after selling Classic i got Honda Hiness 350. It's super vehicle. If you like to take a content based on my experience, that would be helpful for buyers to avoid the shortcomes.

I have worked for Royal Enfield for 1yr as ah production engg worked for Paint shop The materials comes from Tiruvottiyur that materials coated with CD Coat.The CD is the base for the material post that the powder coating will be done.the powder formula will secret.the powder will be coated by robot with preset level and instructions that will be programed and the can’t reachable location will be coated by human by manual gun.this process will done through running conveyers.the parts are Chassis,Sub Frame,Saree Guard,Carrier,footrest,center stand clamp,Swing Arm etc. For 3 shift 24hrs 1900 units of machines will manufactured
