most accurate take on the 11th house ive found so far! taurus moon in the 11th house. i have always been closer to my friends than my family. i care a lot about how im perceived by others, and my biggest struggle in life is finding a place (job, friend group, career path) that i feel i genuinely fit into. ive lost a lot of friends throughout my life, and it is because i would always emotionally outgrow them. i never felt like anyone was on my wavelength emotionally. i also always do try to bring awareness to my friends. i make friends a lot too, even though ive lost many in my past. friendship/partnership is a big thing in my life. and i do have big goals in my life that my emotional fulfillment depends upon unfortunately. i want to run a magazine/podcast that promotes alternative ways of life

Me too in TAU and only about 7 deg away from my North Node. I feel the same way about friends and family. There only is a selected few out of my family whom I'm considering also friends, or friendly towards myself. I don't have any stake with the rest of them. I have cut friends off when I noticed they mainly were looking at me as in what's in it for them only. I have an inbuilt sensor for bull-$hit too. At an earlier age, yes, there were times when I cared how I'm perceived by others, yet after many trials & errors, and deep disappointments, and in some cases betrayal, I've learned my lessons for life where I now could not care less what others think about me. The right kind of tribe/friends will find me, anything else I refuse to even accept. It's for self-preservation, and that is correct given the fact what I've come to live through already. Also that part with the Internet is true for me. Sometimes when I think about it, it's actually sad that one has to go through the WorldWideWeb to find truly like-minded people, those you will never meet in person, but around ones own neighborhood or in the family they are hardly in sight, you know ... I've out-grown so many people that it does feel lonely at times, then again, I have the good fortune to liking my own company, so spending long periods of time by myself and I'm NEVER bored! ... lolololol :-) Having become my own best friend is re-assuring that society isn't a 'need' for me at all, yet it would be nice to hang around the right type of people. Although when this type of crowd is not available, then that's ok too. After all, there is the Internet! ;-) Never lacking mental food, always intrigued by many teachings, where Astrology is a part of it as well.

You are so right. Sometimes the fear can be so overwhelming that you start treating people the way you fear they would treat you. I've been so betrayed from friends that I'm projecting back to them. Having a Leo Moon in the 11th House myself. Once a friend betrays me, I start ignoring them. naturally I treat friends like family and sometimes more so then actual family members.

This is good. Leo Sun And Moon in 11 th house and truly I hate being ignored yet it seems to happen a lot! I've graciously accommodated those events as people will be people. Yes I have out grown groups and friends. Guess I'm just destined to be a loner with my critters where I can do the the unconditional love thing. They are soooo simple compared to people!

This is very accurate, I used to be very sensitive toward my friends but I have worked on myself, I have chiron on my 11 th house, so I have healed this too :) I have so many hoped and dreams, I'm never giving up!!!

I have sun moon and mercury in 11th. I have tons of friends.... but anyone that tries to be best friends with me only stays that way for short while. I don't like being smothered... rather be in a group.

my son has Moon in the 11th ..his 11th is ruled by Mars which squares his moon (me..his mother)...he appears to "not give a shit" about belonging...so it is interesting to now that this is going on under the surface...

Thank you! :-) You nailed it! Moon in the 11th in TAU! ... About the fears, ... not being adequately positioned in society to make sure to have material security. I was never stingy, and I never had a fear to be seen this way either, yet material security is very important where everyone should have enough, including myself. Yet, in today's world and age there are so many people that go hungry and homeless when it need not be, all because a Few small % of the world-rulers leaving the rest basically 'cut and dry'! ... I cannot stand injustice like this. It bothers me. In this sense it's the stingy-ness of others that makes me NOT want to be their friend, cause there is nothing worse to society than people who are greedsters, trying to get over others in most dishonest ways. It's sad :-(

Moon and Venus aries conjunct in 11th. Some say 12th for both. My sun Mars and Saturn Pisces are mostly in 11th too and Mercury in aquarius in mostly 10th. Moon trine Pluto and moon quincunx Chiron and I think moon quintile Uranus

My husband has Moon in Scorpio. But his is in the 4th house. Moon in Scorpio is all about finding your unconscious and making it your best friend. But I would say that yes it is a VERY difficult aspect. But only in finding somebody who understands you and validates you, not that what you feel is ever(underscore ever a few times) wrong.
