I’ve worked in concrete for 10 years, always struggled with having bad bosses that never cared about my loyalty. One of the best concrete tradesman I know just started his own business again at 60 years old and and hired me straight away to teach me everything before he retires officially, looks out for me the same way you look out for Eric, and is pushing me into the direction of me starting my own business one day. You really are an incredible boss/ mentor that values hard work and loyalty.

That fire chief is an awesome customer, very friendly, very approachable, and just a genuine individual. I bet conversations between these 2 are awesome, just 2 real genuine, intelligent men of completely different fields of work

Ryan try using a paint mixer for your color stain. Just use your power drill, it will suspend the particles much better than stirring it with a stick.

He fought for it. It was t given. He commented on videos. Pretty sure he reached out to Ryan. Ryan almost took him under his wing like a stepson and to be honest it inspired me to also help out a driven and determined employee become lead for his group 8 years ago because a manger and now a director. That once young kid is now a dad with family and guess what in part of that because he tells me every time thank you and I am part of his family.

The sprayer might have a very fine mesh filter in the nozzle and may clog up with the colour medium. Really enjoy watching your videos, hope you had a great birthday!. 🇦🇺

Those tips clog up with the tiniest of particles ,there isnt a filter in them probably should be somewhere to catch the trash before it gets to the spray tip !

13:52 Declawing cats is actually very cruel. The toes are cut below the first knuckle so the cat is left with amputated stubs for "fingers". It affects their sense of self worth and is painful for weeks until the stubs fully heal. Declawing is banned in the European Union. I wish it was felony animal cruelty in this country.

Happy belated 🥳 Mine was Memorial Day this year. I turned 59. It’s just a number. It too was a good day. You really have a great crew. You also work and play so well together. I’ve watched your videos from beginning sand I don’t remember you laughing as much as you do now. You don’t seem to get frustrated either. Being a boss you will always have stress but you seem less stressed. Your entire crew seems less stressed. I pray that you are all blessed with easy days, easy jobs and easy money😇

Well, "Bappy Hirthday!", a touch belated, lol mine was on the 12... I understand the learning curve... I used to use a big paint or mud mixer on a drill motor, to get those mixed, took a while sometimes, but worked well. Because those undissolved solids plug the nozzle, & you'll fight it all the way... Hope your weekend included a bit of relaxing too... Thanx !

This reminds me of the pvc fittings.. going to the store to get 1 or 2.. hope they have what you want. With the sprayers, find the best one, order a bunch, put them on the shelf. The amount of time, money, frustration saved by having what you need when you need it is invaluable.
