Ingredients
Carrots, zucchini, thin wheat noodles (add zucchini and carrots in a 2:1 ratio)
Broth (measurements are for adults)
Water 1L, soup soy sauce 2T, salt 0.5t, anchovy powder 1T
[Sauce]: Dark soy sauce 6T, chili powder 1.5, sugar 1, sesame oil 1, green onion 1, green chili pepper 1, red chili pepper 1
1. Roast the anchovies in a pan, then grind them in a blender to make anchovy powder.
2. Prepare the vegetables and make the sauce.
3. Boil a serving (the size of a 500 won coin) of noodles for 3 minutes and 30 seconds in boiling water, adding cold water twice when it starts to overflow.
