I checked on the official website, the number of employees working for adani group are just 23,000+. Unlike the other gaint companies that lays off due to mass recruitment and cost cutting.

Point is good.., his companies don't hire people just like that. You also need to check the average salary of the employee in his companies.. The employees are fine.., shareholders got screwed .. All said & done.., no official scrutiny on what really happened..

@@byte-master Adani Group is primarily focused on infra and commodity-based industries, whereas many other companies where lay-offs happening are service-based, and their employee base is 4-5lakhs. Adani group no.of employees not even 10% of other companies where lay-offs happen. comparing apples with mangoes. and the highlight is bisbo giving the reply "Good point. We should have covered it". I think bisbo also stopped thinking with a logical brain.

The total was 27k crores and even after loosing so much valuation their investment was still 85% profitable whose total value was 38k crore. It’s value now is more than 45k Now. Appreciate your comment Vivek. We did highlight all Hindenburgs allegations but felt we also had to pay tribute to his business skills. It’s easy to get favours, another thing to implement large projects on time and within costs.

@@BisboWorld Well, I agree and appreciate the highlight of Hindenburg allegations, however using terms like "Tribute to his business skills" especially the term "Tribute" really makes me point out that there was a bias towards a personality, which could have skewed the content and I feel it did. Please focus more on the allegations, arguments and counter arguments with data and evidence , not personalities as it is highly subjective and could dilute the good and 'perceived neutral' content work bisbo is doing.

In a few days, it will be two months since Hindenburg burst Adani's balloon. The company is still mulling taking Hindenburg to a court and defending itself. Meanwhile, 150 Billion USD valuation from its companies has been shaved off (12,00,000 Crores!!! more than the total NPA written off by Government of India since 2014). What does this tell you? That the allegations made by Hindenburg are true. USA conducts regular checks on companies to avoid such a situation after 2008 market crash. People could have lost all the money and Adani can possibly become the next Harshad Mehta to die behind bars since CBI, SEBI, ED all have started investigations on multiple cases of fraud against him.

My friend worked in Adani and during all this crisis, Adani called for internal meeting and all the employees were scared of getting fired. But meeting turned out different, as Adani management ensured employees that NO one will be fired, we are going to carry on our business as usual so dont worry. This things will settle down soon and things will get stable again. This is the spirit of Indian Businessmen, in the west(Currently I am in west) companies dont even think for a while to fire people and that too they get fired without any notice. Directly dont come now onwards and empty office within 15mins or else security will help you get out. So respect and Support INDIAN BUSINESSMEN.

Ofcourse we should highlight the defects of the operating of our Indian companies like Adani, Reliance, Tatas, L& T but we should also highlight the same of the foreign companies like Amazon. Case in point is the way Amazon destroyed the Futures group by not allowing them to sell their loss-making companies by simply investing a 9% in their parent company and having a clause that their permission should be taken for the sale.

I think it is also that 1 Adani group company is invested in another for getting initial loans and then once rhe new company 's project delivers the profits are distributed to the investing group company and that company then exits from this new one. It is like a startup investor. It is covered in Think school video.

bullshit.....adani coal import was cheaper due to sloppy government policies at that point of time Moreover, his FPO had recieved lukewarm response since it was out on market. However, at the date of closing FPO issue it was exceptionally subscribed by institutional investor. It raises eyebrows as retail investors didn't pay a heed but all of sudden some intuitional investor shows up and subscribes whole thing. It is clear cut masterstroke asking his friends to subscribe and returning it saying the market is not favourable. The government has lot to answer. How come adani gets favourable business policy by government. Is adani the only company left which is capable to look after all airports and ports.

Coal India produce enough coal for india consumption but government asked to buy import coal from adani enterprises at a much higher rate. SEBI who is the police is keeping mouth shut. MRTP act was abolished for adani who is handling large number of sea port and airport which is not legal in India There is no response why she'll companies are not bought to light. LIC top brass did not favour buying loan against stock which government pressure make the LIC forced to do so.

Enough coal for India...! Please visit a village in Rajasthan. Power cuts , low voltage, no new connections approved in villages. imagine when 60% village household will have Air conditioning systems.. just because of low voltage we don't have AC in my Village
