The SUP trip with Biscayne Institute to the Jones Lagoon is the most beautiful place in the park and incredibly peaceful! It is a 30 minute boat ride out to the mangrove lagoon and we had an incredible interaction with dolphins on the way out. Also saw and held many jellyfish, saw sponges, fish, and a nurse shark. Do this trip! It leaves from the Dante Fascelle visitor center and there is a nice boardwalk out into the water to stroll on there.
