@Clinton Pendleton Bismarck could easily control Frederick? The liberal crown prince who spent decades kept out of government due to his oppostion to the conservatives and junkers.

I dont believed this two great prussians are crying babies. In reality between old willy and his son fritz,the liberal son was the more ambitious while old willy just satisfied to be prussian king only,but still fritz respect his father waiting for his turned to be emperor.Old willy died in old age but his son died young.

According to official accounts, the meeting where Bismarck convinced the king to go to war with Austria was long, loud, and ge famous. Most famously, Bismarck slammed a door so hard the broke the doorknob off.
