I enjoyed the video and found it very informative, but ... I found the music in the soundtrack to be very distracting. I would have enjoyed it much more with just the narration and the natural sounds of the birds, the bison, the wind, etc.

Even though it goes against every fiber of my nature, I really want to see Przewalski's horses with American bison. It's an aesthetically pleasing thought of mine, helps imagine what the Pleistocene would be like.

Europeans over hunted buffalo because without buffalo, indigenous people were forced to live the way they wanted them to. It was not about the buffalo pelts... it was about the land they wanted to steal. They weren't hunting buffalo, they were hunting people.

Made this Chili today. The house is filled with goodness! I simmered for three hours.. I added more masa but still seems to have a bit too much liquid. Maybe double the masa.. Any suggestions…
