Unfortunately we had some camera issues during the class. That’s the reason why there are so many cuts and the class seems a bit incoherent. I still hope you can get something out of it even though there are some missing parts. Don’t hesitate to shoot me a message if you have any questions.

The value of this video is pretty high, especially.after the part one, that I have particularly studied :-) even with those cuts and camera problems that you have mentioned. The way you explain the context of defense and offense between inside legs positions and outside legs positions as general rules is very important, before the specificities of 50/50. All we need to avoid false positive as much as possible and improve significantly this area of the game. Thank you so much.

Hey Gabriel awesome content! My question would be how important are 80 / 20 and 90/10 positions in the configuration of 50/50 you showed ? Is there a valuable place for them within the rotational dynamics?

Thank you! They are tremendously important! It is way easier to expose & attack the heel hook from there as hand fighting isn't such an issue anymore. You should opt to upgrade to those positions whenever you can offensively and want to prevent them ferociously if you can defensively. I hope that helps.
