I wish more instructors gave a safety talk before teaching subs, especially leg subs. I greatly appreciate this!

At 3:53 Charles talks about issues with proprioception. As an orthopedic specialist, this little detail is one of the most important things people need to consider with leg locks and history of injury. It's one of the reasons there's such a high rate of re-injury to ACL's in any given sport, and that must are non- contact related despite regaining strength and range of motion. Thank you Charles for pointing this out.

Watching around 18:00 minutes was a bit frustrating because it's like there's pretty much nothing you can do to avoid someone who wants to try to leg lock you lol. Just just got to learn the game.

You're on the wrong site. Focus on the jiujitsu. That's why they were there. No other reason.
