Good simple walkaround. Has this been used for camping and did it hold enough? Plus, any concerns about stability or balance from the weight in the back when fully loaded? Thanks.

Hasn’t been used for camping yet but it’s a good size. No balance issues and I’ve had it almost full. It doesn’t slide around or anything even with a 80lb boy on the back. Loaded it with mostly ropes chains and some hammers drills and a hatchet. I think I could get a small stihl saw in it if I packed it well. It has pass through storage under that non removable tray in the middle as well. It works well for me, hopefully it will for you. Let me know if you have any other questions

@@ScratchOutdoors Thanks for the reply. Some more questions - is the back large enough to lock a helmet or two inside when you stop somewhere, say, for breakfast or the toilet? And where does your boy put his feet when sitting on the back? (My wife is about 95 lbs and she's ridden on the back a few times, but not enough to justify saving for another bike.) Finally, how hard would it be to put on and take off when I use the atv around the farm for hauling firewood, spraying, and such?

@@stevepernetti4594 hello, so I did another vid just for you about the helmet. It’s a short video. Yes you can fit the helmets but it could be tight depending on the size. I have not put foot rest pegs because I don’t plan to ride people that often. For my quad it took maybe 30mins to install. I don’t plan to remove it no time soon. It was easier for me to unscrew the 4 bolts and remove the rear rack. Check out the short for the helmet

@@ScratchOutdoors Thank you. That answers the questions I have right now. It looks as if one helmet would fit as long as I can put up with some good natured harassment from fellow, and way more experienced riders for delaying their breakfast or pee break. 30 mins. isn't bad if I only do that a few times each year when changing over from trail to farm. Nice job on the explanations. Thanks again from Iowa.
