Can I ask how you keep your fondant from drying out while you're working with it? Is it the brand, or do you just work fast? I'm majoring in pastry and the chefs at my school always chastise us if we leave one color of fondant uncovered while we're working on another one. And it starts cracking sometimes by the time we're done rolling it out for a cake, so we definitely would be screwed if we had all the colors sitting out at once
